At 24-7 Games & Collectables, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion and apparel purchases. If your item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
